Sales Trainee Job Opening in Traverse City, Michigan - Do you have an extroverted, personable nature and the strong desire to sell? The Sales Trainee is someone who wants to get into electrical distribution sales, but may not yet have experience in the industry. Through our 1½-2-year program, CED will teach you everything you need to know about our industry and how our businesses operate. The ST exhibits strong communication and listening skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to set and stick to priorities. If you are an exceptional problem-solver with a passion for customer service and a strong competitive nature, then the ST program is a perfect fit.
Responsibilities
Learn to sell electrical materials
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Attend vendor trainings and understand electrical products
Understand customer needs and how to address them
