Description:
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks for medical cases
Opens and updates cases, generates letters, receives and processes additional information
Provides customer service (via phone and letter)
Provides claims processing, and system updates
Performs data entry
Requirements:
Strong data entry and typing
Phone servicing experience, preferred
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations effectively
Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines
Prior medical/clinical experience, preferred
Pay Rate: $11.00 - $13.00/hour
