TITLE: Member Service Representative
LOCATION: NCSRCC - Papillion, NE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The member service representative will be responsible to coordinate job dispatches. They will be expected to cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with Coworkers, Contractors, Business Representatives, Members and Management.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Answering incoming call inquiries from Contractors, Members, Business Representatives and other Co-Workers, by assisting, updating and processing information.
Assist Members on how to use the automated Member Line.
Initiate outgoing call inquiries to Contractors, Members, Business Representatives and other Co-Workers, by assisting, updating and processing information.
ReProcess Job Dispatch requests utilizing Mix 2020, ensuring all information is accurate, complete process from beginning to end, ensuring having constant contact with Business Representative, follow up on Job Dispatches and run accurate reports through Mix 2020 and distribute as needed.
Respond to Unemployment requests.
Process Skills Sheets by accurately entering information from Member Skill Sheets; continuous re-checking for accuracy, checking emails or mail for new forms, sending Skills Sheet to Member by email or mail, and make updates to Member account as needed.
Send and receive emails, participate and attend conference calls, training sessions and Council wide notifications.
Enter, Scan and file both electronic and hard copy skill sheets, member notes, Job Dispatches and Contractor request files including hiring requests.
Assist other team members when needed.
All other duties, projects and tasks as assigned.
SKILLS:
Requirement for position is fluency in Spanish and English in all aspects to include; written, verbal and spoken
Basic computers skills, knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as Excel, Word, etc.
Superior customer service skills, ability to answer phones and direct callsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multi-task and work well under pressure while being dependable
Able to excel and adapt to a demanding, constantly changing environment
Perform related work as assigned
Data Entry skills preferred
Organization and detail oriented key for this position
Ability to work independently and to work as a team when needed
WAGES AND BENEFITS: Hourly wage based upon experience; plus employer paid family healthcare (medical, dental, & vision), and retirement.
HOURS: Full time position Monday ? Friday, 40 hours per week
