The Business Manager and supports the business operations of the YFS Division and manages integration activities. This position is responsible for supporting medical billing and insurance, reception, client appointments (reminders and scheduling) Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and office supplies. In addition they will manage the integration of primary care and behavioral health in our work. The manager is responsible for all 3 offices and assures that quality, performance and productivity standards are supported and maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and experience in administrative support; BA required
5 years of supervisor experience required
2 years office manager experience preferred.
Demonstrated computer competency with Electronic Medical or Healthcare Records (EMR/EHR), Excel and/or other database programs and MS Word.

SALARY: $56,000 ? 58,000 annually DOE
