Warehouse Store Lead - Rupert Job Opening in Rupert, Idaho - We currently have a Store Lead Warehouse position based out of our Rupert, ID location available.

JOB SUMMARY:
Acknowledge all customers, employees and vendors.
Assist customers with food orders.
Assist other employees. Responsible for training of new employees and helping manager identify training needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Answer multiple phone lines.
Restock items as time allows.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of employees in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
Supervise checkout stations on regular basis.
Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service.
Oversees employee productivity, breaks and daily scheduling. Communicates performance issues to management.
Assign duties to employees, as well as directing work flow. Ensure employees follow accounting policies, safety procedures and customer service standards.
Responsible for training on new employees and helping manager identify training needs.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
2 years previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multi task and determine order of need and task priority based on level of importance.
Ability to communicate using proper telephone etiquette with customers, other employees and vendors.
Must exhibit a professional and positive image.
