Web Developer - Extended Onsite Contract Job Opening in Castle Rock, Colorado - Well States Healthcare is a rapidly growing medical finance company that currently operates a proprietary web-based database and operating system which was originally developed and designed by an outside third-party. We are currently looking for an onsite, extended contract employee or 1099 contractor to work full-time on additional enhancements and features. This position could lead to full-time employment beyond the initial six-month engagement period.
Requirements:
2+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years JavaScript development, preferably with recent experience using jQuery/Angular.
1+ years of CSS experience, CSS3 and SASS
2+ year of experience with languages PHP
Working experience with SQL Databases (MySQL)
Experience using Git
Strong debugging skills
Good written and oral English communication
Additional Preferred Experience:
Experience in AWS Services like Elastic bean stack/Lamda Functions/RDS etc.
The ability to design and consume RESTful APIs
Demonstrated ability to deliver results on a high-performance web site
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle: engineering standards, code reviews, manual and automated testing
