Regional Sales Agent Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - Our company, a regional leader in the wood flooring industry, is seeking to fill a Regional Sales Manager position in Baltimore, MD and surrounding States. The candidate will spend most of the time on the road selling and building relationships with customers in the Baltimore Washington area and surrounding States.
The duties of the Sales Manager will include but not limited to:
Visit retail dealers and distributors to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business toward the growth of B2W's flooring lines.
Provide training on B2W?s products to customers? sales reps.
Achieve territory growth targets in sales volume, mix, new product launches and pricing.
Build relationships with customers including contractors, architects, and distributors.
Continuously develop and maintain a list of prospective customers.
Provide outstanding customer service to retain and grow sales with current customers.
Develop and recommend sales pricing strategies to the company Partners to maximize B2W?s long term market share.
Develop and recommend sales plans and programs to the Managing Partner to ensure profitable growth and expansion of company products.
Research the competitive landscape, develop and execute strategies that drive increasing sales performance.
Evaluate market reactions to B2W product mix, pricing and merchandising policies.
Monitor customer preferences to assist in developing current product demand.
Ensure that retail dealers are well versed on B2W's product advantages, terms and conditions, order management practices.
Job requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree with 2 years of experience or alternatively more than 10 years of proven experience in the sales.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in effectively managing multiple relationships and priorities.
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office.
Ability to initiate short and long term project plans.
Ability to meet deadlines.
NOTE: Candidates with flooring sales experience strongly preferred.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
