Well-established, Laser Job Shop is seeking a self-starter with excellent communication skills to work in a small office environment. A sense of humor, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and the ability to work independently is essential to this position.
Skills:
You must have the ability to organize and prioritize your daily workload, create and interface with our existing company systems. Data entry on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis will be required. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding phone etiquette and the ability to handle confidential information discretely and professionally
Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Must have work experience in an office environment.
Must have previous customer service experience.
Must be able to multitask -- follow-up and follow-through is key for this position.
Must be resourceful and with the ability to work independently.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to prioritize according to changing demands of a daily workload.
Must be diligent and conscientious about your work and able to stay organized.
Must be flexible and open to learning new tasks and systems.
Must have a positive, outgoing, "can-do" attitude.
Must be on-time and have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to ask for help when needed.
Must be able to use the MS office suite, especially Excel.
Must be computer proficient. Familiarity with Quickbooks, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator or Wordpress a plus.
Compensation: This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits that pays $18.00 and up per hour DOE: 40 hours per week. If you are not willing to take a position for the compensation amount specified, please do not apply. There is plenty of room for growth within the company.
