Office Administrator/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Glendora, California - Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Create Monthly Sales, COS, Inventory reports using Excel
Record/entry journey entry of various accounts in QuickBooks
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, month-end closing
General ledger accounting, financial statement preparation
Assist external CPA with monthly, quarterly and/or annual tax filings
Other accounting and bookkeeping duties
Qualifications
2+ years experience with strong attention to detail & accuracy is critical
1+ years payroll experience with HR administration experience
Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel (Pivot table and commonly used functions) is a MUST, Outlook, PowerPoint and QuickBooks
Ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision
Superior multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Legal working status
