Key
To achieve monthly sales target by maintaining a sales pipeline
To achieve weekly/monthly outbound calling target
Identify opportunities and produce a targeted number of leads by making outbound calls daily
To look after existing SaaS accounts and sell further add-on products
To support assigned partners in the form of demonstrations, basic user training and support, order processing, forecasting, and responsive communications
To provide regular and accurate sales forecast information
To be proficient in demonstrating BigHand technologies and maintain a reasonable, functional, and technical knowledge of the products
To maintain accurate up to date records of all customer details, dialog and sales opportunities
To work with colleagues to ensure high quality of service is delivered to all clients and prospects
To meet key personal KPIs, including number of outbound calls
To develop a deep understanding of the legal industry and how it works

Excellent communication skills
Confident and happy to spend considerable time on the phone
Confident in presenting commercial and technical information
Good listener, able to talk to people on their level
Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
Energetic and hardworking
Good level IT knowledge; proficiency in CRM systems such as
Self-motivated and persistent
Knowledge of working within the legal industry is a tremendous plus
