Web Reporting Job Opening in Wilmington, Delaware - CTG is currently recruiting for a Web/Reporting Analyst for one of the nation?s leading pediatric health care systems located in Wilmington, DE. The Web/Reporting Analyst will be responsible for gathering data from numerous websites, analyzing different aspects of the data such as: understanding referral patterns, activity from one site to the next, tracking leads to conversions such as making an appointment online and having an online video visit with a doctor, optimizing the customer journey that leads to best conversion rate, etc. In this role, you will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and surfacing opportunities to optimize the consumer journeys of both perspective and current patients/families across our client?s digital platforms. You will collaborate with multiple teams to generate hypotheses and test options as the team seeks to improve customer experiences and drive desired in support of the digital business strategies. As usage information is collected on WebTrends Infinity, the successful candidate will create regular reports for general usage data, and create conversion reports for priority transactions that track usage from lead media across properties to desired transaction. This role will require you to gather data and insights from a variety of sources in order to prepare insightful, action-oriented reports for senior management. You will be working with the research director on measuring, analyzing, and reporting consumer preferences ? baseline and trends over time, as well as assessing on how best to enhance the customer experiences and satisfaction based on thorough data analysis.
Qualifications:
Experience with WebTrends Infinity is preferred
Experience with Adobe products and/or Google Premium (i.e. Site Catalyst, Data Workbench, etc.)
Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce
Comfortable with direct interaction with client
Strong communication skills ? must be able to present findings to teams and executives at all levels and interface with corporate
Strong logic and reasoning skills
Ability to compile comprehensive reports providing for summary-level recommendations
Ability to provide feedback to allow for optimizing of customer experience
Validation and testing of reports to ensure accuracy and quality of information
Ability to work with cross functional teams to implement better practices to enhance customer satisfaction
