GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide analysis and reporting of business profitability and productivity monthly
Maintain general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Reconcile all inter-company accounts
Effectively prepare A/R invoicing for monthly billing for over 250+ accounts.
License and track all company vehicles
Process warranty claims
Perform year-end closing and tax preparation
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years Bookkeeping experience
Understanding of fair credit practices and collection regulations
Understanding of accounting principles and ability to read financial statements
Proficient in Sage 100 Accounting software
Excellent working knowledge of advanced features in Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-motivated, confident, friendly and highly detail oriented
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others
