Our core business activities are investment sales, finance and direct capital services. While focused on the broader New York City area as a company, ERG prides itself on local focus, knowledge and dedication to New York submarkets.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Exclusively represent the landlord in sale of their investment property
- Act as the Market Expert: know your market & community
- Build relationships with landlords within your exclusive territory
- Generate leads through phone calls, networking, professional affiliations
- Building a network and a referral system to ensure business pipeline
- Perform property evaluations / underwriting
- Establish long term client relationships
- Provide real estate advisory services to clients
Potential candidates must have excellent skills and a 'can-do' attitude. Ideal candidates are ambitious, comfortable on the phone and have the ability to work independently and/or on a team.
