Outside Sales Business Account Representative Job Opening in Fremont, Nebraska - Selectel Wireless is looking for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude with excellent communications skills to work in fast pace office as an Account Manager. Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with a large dealer customer base. The Account Manager is also required to generate new business in assigned territories through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. The Account Manager also represents the entire range of company products and services to customers, while driving sales and ensuring dealers? needs and expectations are met.
Job Responsibilities:
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key dealers in assigned areas.
Coordinates the involvement of our key company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and dealers? expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and retention objectives in assigned accounts base.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel and departments.
Understanding and knowledge of cellular communications industry and related products & services.
Strong cold-calling and lead generation capabilities preferred.
Familiarity with billing systems and order entry systems a plus.
Effective experience negotiating and closing skills required.
Knowledge of Wireless industry products and services desired.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Must be available outside the normal work schedule which may include nights and weekends in support of your dealers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of previous Account Management/Sales experience.
Ability to produce a high volume of outbound calls.
Able to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communication.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Self motivated, driven and personable individual.
Able to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities within customer base.
Able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
Clear communications skills / Excellent Phone Etiquette.
Strong Interpersonal Skills (Friendly Outgoing Personality).
Excellent time management skills and strong organizational skills.

Travel will be required

Pay Based on experience, and position also has unlimited commission structure.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develops knowledge of effective sales techniques, familiarity with wireless industry and understanding of company?s products, services, policies, and procedures. Attends company-sponsored training programs, as well as conferences, trade shows and meetings of professional organizations to grow professionally.2. Help keep your dealers motivated and make sure the customers stay their first priority. We like to take the best care possible of all customers, so it would be up to you to make sure that is maintained.3. Represents the company during the sales process by visiting or researching dealer locations, and collecting data on dealers and determining the business opportunity and the actual validity of this customer. Provide the pros and cons of potential dealer and make a conscious decision if they are the right partner for Selectel. 4. Develops understanding of customer?s needs and matches those needs with company products and services. Presents to customers information on various products and services we offer.5. Identifies potential customers and develops understanding how company?s products and services will meet their needs. Pursues leads and gathers market intelligence on opportunities and competitors.
