Accountant / Accounts Payable Job Opening in Orem, Utah - Havenpark Capital Partners and it's affiliate management companies sources, re-positions, and operates manufactured home communities across the country and currently has acquired and manages over 2,000 home sites in over 20 communities.
We are currently looking for an Accounting / Accounts Payable professional to join our rapidly-growing company. We want to hire someone who is eager to grow with the company and develop into a high-level finance / accounting position. This starting roles pay is $50,000 base salary plus limited benefits.
Required Qualifications:
2+ Years? experience in an accounting position required
Must have proficiency in Enterprise Quickbooks software
Financial modeling experience required
4-Year accounting degree required
Experience managing accounting on multiple simultaneous P&Ls preferred
Experience working with in Accounts Payable preferred
Real estate or property management experience preferred
Management experienced preferred
