We are seeking an IT Audit Manager (Security and Risk) based at Western Union?s global headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.

You will lead the risk assessments of information systems and suppliers utilizing strong policy and process knowledge as well as skills and expertise with a variety of technologies.
You will be responsible for assessing third party suppliers of outsourced services.
You will partner with sales organization to support client inquires of Western Union's information security posture.
You will manage remediation plans associated with findings found during assessments.
You will interact with management frequently and some travel may be required.
In addition, you will:
Manage/coordinate activities of a team, including research, analysis and documentation, testing security controls, training, status reporting, and client support Lead a team of Information Security Analysts to meet Western Unions commitment to security governance
Demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of risk assessment / management concepts to include:
Risk Assessment / Auditing Methodologies and Approaches Information Security Policies, Standards and Procedures PCI Standards ISO 2700x Standards Legal, Regulatory, Compliance mandates * Demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of technology / security concepts to include:
Security Architecture and Design Application Security Network Security Cryptography Evaluate the security, reliability, and integrity of a wide variety of information systems and suppliers * Perform supplier risk assessment planning & execution Assist Sales team with Client information security requests
Plan, schedule and complete security assessment engagements in accordance with a defined assessment methodology
Conduct supplier / vendor onsite assessments
Prepare work papers, standard reports and customized reports showing results of the assessment / audit assignments in accordance with defined standards
Produce assessment reports that document assessment findings as well as risks and recommendations Manage risk remediation plans
What you will need to succeed:
6+ years of related Information Security experience.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Bachelor's degree rprefferd; advanced degree is a plus.
CISA certification required or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Substantial knowledge and understanding of information security concepts and best practices as they pertain to information systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of the business, market and industry; ability to bridge business knowledge with technology / security.
Ability to perform assignments independently with limited guidance regarding expected results.
Must possess the ability to do business with an absolute commitment to the ethics, honesty and credibility that is essential in this role.
The ability to partner with our employees, Agents and the organizations that support our business is critical to both the success of the individual and the business.
Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
