Add a Deck has been helping Richmonders add or renew beautiful spaces to their homes for over 30 years. We custom build and renovate decks, porches, sunrooms, patios, and additions to give people more?and more beautiful?home space to live. We?ve recently added sales people, managers, and estimators to our team?and we need another dynamic sales person interested in helping people with their homes to join our team!
We have an overflow of leads coming in, so there?s no cold calling! Work includes:
Managing incoming homeowner lead opportunities
Face to face discovery meetings with potential clients
Creating designs and proposals for offer
Presenting options and timelines
Working internally with professional estimators
Key skills include:
Helping people be at ease?being a real people person
Ability to have deeply nuanced conversation
Visualizing space to transform what isn?t there?into what could be
Problem solving
Managing fast pace, time limitations, and multiple projects
Knowledge and ability to use CAD and Excel
General construction and design knowledge
