JOB SUMMARY
Davis Automotive Group in Solon, Ohio is currently seeking a Sales Consultant, also known as a Client Advisor, to join our team at our thriving BMW Cleveland dealership. A Client Advisor is to ensure an extraordinary client experience, while creating loyal client advocates. You will assist clients in the entire purchase and ownership experience displaying value in the BMW brand and the benefits of working with BMW Cleveland.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome clients to BMW Cleveland and passionately assist them in identifying their needs, preferences, and buying motives throughout the purchase process
Actively listen and provide enlightening solutions to ultimately assist in finding the perfect vehicle for our clients and their lifestyle
Fully understand and explain product features, technology, performance, and benefits to prospective clients
Assist in providing clients with test drives, hassle-free trade-in evaluations, vehicle selection, and final numbers all while displaying the value of the brand
Accurately log and complete activities, phone calls, emails, and all communication with client in order to maintain complete and organized information throughout the purchase process
Deliver new or pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm and timeliness to create a truly exceptional experience for all clients
Follow up on all post-delivery items and remain a friendly point-of-contact throughout the vehicle ownership in order to develop loyalty among our clients
Actively seek new business through referrals, lease-end prospects, service clients, etc.
Continue to stay on top of news, products, and vehicle updates to apply your learning in customer interactions
Represent the dealer and the BMW brand in a positive and professional manner, creating lifelong relationships and loyalty
Attend regular manufacturer product knowledge and sales trainings, as well as in-dealership trainings
Other responsibilities as needed in order to assist in the success of fellow staff and the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous sales or automotive industry experience is encouraged, but not mandatory
High School diploma required
Valid driver?s license
Must be able to pass background check, drug test, and BMV check
