Office / Sales for a Garage Door Company Job Opening in Lynnwood, Washington - Entry level position.
Sales involve:
-Site estimates with customers and explaining the different products / options available to them.
-Submitting quotes to manufacturer.
-Creating proposals.
-Sending proposals to customer in a timely manner.
Back up and assist the Office Manager with the following:
-Coordinating every morning our Service Tech's daily schedule
-Answering multiple phone lines -Scheduling Service appointments
-At times corresponding through email with customers
-Creating Invoices, must have legible writing
-Detail oriented with strong memory
-Use of a multi-function copy machine, scanning & faxing
-Some knowledge of Excel is a plus.
