Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.
The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist position will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties that include:
High volume posting and coding of accounts payable
Cash applications
Bank reconciliations
Assist with some journal entries
Handle questions from vendors
Assist with check runs
General administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the Controller
Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Requirements :
3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
Experience with Peachtree, Great Plains, JDE or similar accounting system a plus Excel and MS Office experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
