8-10 Years of Experience in Engagement Management;

Minimum of 2 years in senior program and account enterprise solution management;

Demonstrates technical strategy leadership in one or more technology areas and/or one or more customer facing situations;

Awareness and/or technical certification eg Cisco, VMWare;

Proven thought leadership in technical implementation and practices;

Strong knowledge of quality aspects and ability to drive standardization.

Bachelor or Masters Degree;

Excellent analytical & technical skills;

Strong Leadership skills; planning and organizational skills;

Must be able to demonstrate a level maturity while under constant pressure from the business and technology community;

Provide leadership and reviews of existing designs and document proposed recommendations

? Leads the team to develop plans for transformation and migration activities in conjunction with moves to new platforms and locations

? Experience defining IT standards and processes

? Recent operations experience in supporting production networks

E: Detailed job responsibilities

A senior Infrastructure Technology leader who can work with the client on a number of projects related to the deployment of the Trident applications functionality to new environments, e.g. ships, ports, new applications coming into the fold, various requests for roll-out to brands. The right person must have a mix between technology understanding and leadership across multiple areas (e.g. networks, systems, cloud, etc?.) as well as a good understanding of the hospitality business and/or direct experience with Cruise companies. The candidate must be able to understand client objectives, work with the various client PMs to establish the plans, and work with the Capgemini PMs to manage the resourcing and skills to match the plans. Regular reporting to management on status of projects and the ability to interact with Directors and VPs is a must.
