Splunk Security Consultant Job Opening in RALEIGH, North Carolina - Splunk core and ITSI experience and good communication skills with Security experience and experience managing the SOC. The candidate will be acting as a SOC analyst. Primary role will be to provide support for front-line monitoring and analysis of data feeds from many different security tools, threat monitoring programs, and risk sources. Some other tasks may include assisting others in the assimilation of data from various feeds and rapidly determining if the collection of data points is evidence of a direct attack, a rogue actor attempting to find vulnerabilities in the systems, or false alarms based on unusual behavior patterns. Splunk Enterprise Security is the primary SIEM. Need experience with security incident logging and response to penetration attempts.
