Sales Representative Job Opening in Castle Rock, Colorado - Fitness: 1440 Castle Rock is seeking a motivated, and outgoing Membership Sales Associate to join our team! The Membership Sales Associate role assists in running all front of house operations while maintaining a strong focus on customer service as well as meeting sales Include: -Sales tracking, and goal setting-Club Touring-Lead tracking-Goal setting, and reaching monthly goals
-Greeting members and guests promptly and enthusiastically
-Responding immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
-Maintaining an organized and clean front desk and assisting with other cleaning duties
-Cleaning fitness equipment, and maintaining a healthy gym environment
-Making follow-up calls on potential members and trial pass recipients
-Using the cash register and P.O.S. system to enroll members and sell products
-Opening and/or closing the gym
Job Qualifications:
-Previous sales experience required
-EXCELLENT customer service skills
-Flexible availability; we do provide a set schedule
Compensation:
-Hourly pay + generous sales commissions
