Tax Senior Job Opening in Wilsonville, Oregon - We are a small, but growing CPA firm located in Wilsonville, specializing in business and personal tax preparation and tax planning. Our Firm provides a broad range of tax services to public SEC filers, large private business enterprises and high net worth individuals.
We are seeking a tax focused CPA with a minimum of at least two (2) years of public accounting experience. This role requires the candidate to have experience in ASC 740 tax provisions in addition to general corporate tax.

Responsibilities:
Prepare ASC 740 tax provisions for public and private entities
Review complex multi-state business and individual tax returns
Provide timely and high-quality consulting services
Research and develop tax planning strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years tax public accounting experience
CPA experienced in preparation and tax planning for Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and individuals
Demonstrates effective communication skills both written and oral
Highly organized with the ability to manage many projects
Demonstrates excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
Microsoft advanced Word and Excel experience
Fixed Asset software experience a plus
